1. General
These terms apply to all golf lessons, coaching programmes and group lessons offered by Youri van Koppen Golf Coaching, based at Golfcenter Seve, 3045 PM Rotterdam.

2. Services
Youri van Koppen Golf Coaching offers individual golf lessons, group lessons and coaching packages. All lessons take place at Golfcenter Seve, 3045 PM Rotterdam, unless agreed otherwise (e.g. on-course lessons).
The lesson offering and current rates can be found on the website. Prices include VAT.
3. Booking and payment
Bookings can be made via the website, WhatsApp or by phone. Online bookings are paid immediately via iDEAL, credit card or another method through our payment provider Mollie.
- A booking is confirmed after payment is received, or after confirmation when using lesson credits.
- When purchasing a lesson package, credits are added to your account and can be used to book individual lessons.
4. Cancellation and refunds
More than 24h in advance
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge. Payments via iDEAL/credit card are refunded in full. When using credits, the credit is returned to your account.
Less than 24h in advance
There is one exception: during the first hour after you book the lesson yourself through the website or WhatsApp, you can still cancel or reschedule free of charge as long as the lesson has not started. After that, cancellation or rescheduling is no longer possible. The lesson fee is non-refundable and any credits used are not returned.
No-show
If you don't show up without cancelling in time, the lesson is considered given. No refund applies.
5. Group lessons
Group lessons run with a minimum number of participants (shown with each lesson). If the minimum isn't reached, the lesson is cancelled and you automatically receive a full refund.
You can cancel your participation in a group lesson up to the cancellation deadline shown with the lesson or course. The first-hour exception after booking does not apply to group lessons.
6. Packages and credits
- Lesson packages are personal and non-transferable.
- Credits can be used to book individual lessons via the website.
- Packages don't have an expiry date unless stated at purchase.
7. Liability
Participation in golf lessons is at your own risk. Youri van Koppen Golf Coaching is not liable for injuries, damage to belongings or any other damage that arises during or as a result of the lesson, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
It's the participant's responsibility to report any health concerns or limitations in advance.

Have a complaint? Please get in touch via WhatsApp or email. We aim to respond within 5 working days and work together to find a solution.
10. Changes
Youri van Koppen Golf Coaching reserves the right to amend these terms. The latest version is always available on the website.
11. Rolling recurring lesson
A rolling recurring lesson is a fixed slot in the calendar at a fixed time, with no end date.
- You pay one calendar month in advance. The invoice goes out 7 days before the month starts.
- You can cancel monthly. The lesson runs until the end of the period you have paid for.
- A price change is announced at least 30 days in advance and only applies to later months.
- A lesson that does not go ahead is not refunded but settled against your next invoice. If the recurring lesson ends while you still have a balance, that is settled in lessons where possible. Anything left over is arranged directly with your coach.
- If you report a period of absence, the lessons in that period lapse. A lesson that falls within the 24-hour cancellation window still goes ahead and is charged.
- During an absence your slot is available to others. After the absence it is yours again.
